We ask all guests to co-operate with our waste recycling efforts. This is no real inconvenience,
but simply means placing houehold rubbish in the correct bins. We also ask guests to ensure that
no rubbish is ever left on the beach, but brought back to the house and correctly disposed of.
Guests are also requested to conserve the use of household water, which is one of the
most precious resources here in Western Australia. Also, conserving the use of
household energy not only helps us to keep our rates in check, but does also delivers
some very tangible envrironmental benefits too.

All guests are warmly encouraged to have a good time whilst staying at the house, but not
if this comes at the expense of being a good neighbour... We are very committed to being
considerate neighbours and so we ask guests not to play loud music or undertake any other
noisy activities that might disturb the tranquility of the neighbourhood after 8.00pm. Also, there
is ample parking on the property, but you need to park any vehicle or boat outside the property,
please do this considerately. We also stronly encourage guests to explore the local surroundings
and wherever possible, support local businesses.
